The grapes are selected from our own vineyards and are harvested in plastic boxes of 20 kilos. The reception is made in a destemmer-crusher where the grains are carefully crushed and transported to the tanks. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out thanks to the addition of selected yeasts and precise pump-overs. The maceration time with the grape skins is 25 days. Aerwards, a pneumatic pressing is carried out and in winter the coarse lees are removed by racking. The wine rests for 9 months in French and American oak barrels
