On the nose aromas of
white fruits, lactic and toasted notes appears.


On the palate it is
unctuous and has a long finish while still being refreshing.
Harmonious and persistent.

Growing Conditions

Own vineyard located in Gualtallary, Tupungato, Valle de Uco, Mendoza, at 1,700 meters (5580 feet) above sea level, at the foot of the Andes Mountains. High Trellis conduction system and drip irrigation. Yield: 70 qq (7000 Kgs) /ha.


Manual harvest at the beginning of March.


The grapes are transported in 18 kg plastic boxes to the winery
where a careful destemming of the bunches and squeezing of the
grains takes place. Aer a gentle pneumatic pressing the must is
sent to stainless steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation.
Temperature control around 17ºC. Elimination of coarse lees. A
percentage of the wine is aged for 8 months in French oak barrels.
Then it is filtered and bottled.
