Nose

Delicate aromas of raisins, black fruits, slightly spicy. Notes of spices and jams are perceived with a balanced oak flavor.

Palate

It is full-bodied with good structure.

Growing Conditions

Located in Gualtallary, Tupungato, Valle de Uco, Mendoza, at 1,600 meters (5250 feet) above sea level, at the foot of the Andes Mountains.
High Trellis conduction system and drip irrigation. Yield: 70 qq (7000 Kgs)/ha.

Harvest

Harvest manually in mid-March.

Winemaking

The grapes are selected from our own vineyards and are harvested in plastic boxes of 20 kilos. The reception is made in a destemmer-crusher where the grains are carefully crushed and transported to the tanks. Alcoholic fermentation
is carried out thanks to the addition of selected yeasts and precise pump-overs. The maceration time with the grape skins is 25 days. Aerwards, a pneumatic pressing is carried out and in winter the coarse lees are removed by racking. The wine rests for 9 months in French and
American oak barrels.
