Delicate and fresh, fruity and balanced. Silky aftertaste.

Growing Conditions

Gualtallary, 1.400 meters above sea level. Chalky soil with alluvial sediments and gravel.

Winemaking

Selected yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation under strict temperature control for 16 days. A natural malolactic fermentation occurs keeping the wine fresh and natural. 20% of the volume is aged in French oak barrels resulting in a fresh, expressive and complex wine.

Appearance

Light yellow with golden tinges.
