Complex with good tannins. Balanced, unctuous and with a persistent mouth finish.

Winemaking

Traditional fermentation with selected yeasts under strict temperature control. Natural malolactic in barrels.

Aging

12 months in french oak barrels

Appearance

Deep red color with violet and blue dyes.
