Growing Conditions

Winemaking
The grapes are transported in 15 kg plastic boxes to the winery where a careful destemming of the bunches and subsequent pressing is carried out. The juice is sent with pumps and the selected yeasts are incubated in stainless steel tanks rigorously controlling the temperature to no more than 17 ° C. Once the fermentation is finished, it is racked into French and American oak barrels for a period of 6 months. Aer tastings and rackings, its proceeds to filter and bottle.
