A spicy, mineral and earthy flavored wine.

Growing Conditions

1,250mts / 4,150ft above sea level in pure limestone over quaternary gravels.

Harvest

Hand harvested in small plastic boxes of 18 kg. Yield of 10,000kg per ha – 4 tons per acre – 76 hl/ha

Winemaking

Fermentation in concrete tanks

Aging

6 months in used French oak barrels, and 6 months in the bottle before release.
