The grapes selected for this Cuvée Réserve come from our highest vineyards Cepas del Plata and El Espinillo, located between 1400-1650 masl, with low temperatures and an average temperature amplitude of 16º C. These are the perfect conditions to obtain natural acidity and an elegant and complex sparkling wine.
Manual harvest in 20kg bins, during February and March.
