Palate
With a friendly and jovial palate. This sparkling wine has a perfect balance of fruit, creaminess and structure, which has been achieved thanks to the work of our Chef de Cave, an expert in the art of assemblage.

These grapes come from vineyards between 1000 and 1200 meters above sea level, their soils are sandy to silty loam with a high presence of limestone. The best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grant a fresh and silky sparkling wine. Malbec brings to our wine a light pink color.
