Nose
Marked citric profile of white peach. Red fruits notes in harmony with subtle aromas of brioche.
Palate
Fresh and elegant. It stands out for its finesse, precision and balance.
Growing Conditions
The best chardonnay and pinot noir grapes come from
our vineyards El Yaima and Caicayén (Uco Valley) located between 1000 and 1200 meters above sea level. With its sandy to silty loam soils and marked presence of limestone, we are allowed to create a fresh, fruity, elegant, creamy and balanced sparkling wine.
The Andes range acts as a barrier from humid winds originating from the Pacific Ocean, which makes Mendoza a high-altitude desert with continental climate. The climatic conditions of these terroirs and the large temperature amplitude allow the grapes to ripen slowly while retaining all their natural acidity.
Harvest
Manual harvest in 20kg bins, during February and March.
Appearance
Yellow with slight golden hues.
