Manual harvest in 20kg bins, during February and March.
The know-how of our winemakers is expressed in its handcrafted macerated of fresh oranges from sustainable farms together with selected spices from different parts of the world.
This assemblage results in a bold sparkling wine with that distinctive bitter expression which makes it unique.
