Palate
On the palate, a sweet, enticing entry leads to a complex, ample wine of soft, round tannins. Finishes long and lingering.

Winemaking
Barrel fermented in French oak. Selected yeast. Max. Ferm.Temp. 25-30 ºC, for 17 days. 26 days maceration.

24 months in 100 % French oak (100% new)
