VINEYARDS The grapes grow in selected vineyards of high winemaking quality. These vineyards are irrigated by flooding system with melting waters from the Andes. Stony soils, with good drainage and poor in organic matter. The vineyards are approximately at 950 meters above sea level. It´s an area with excellent temperature range – hot days and cool nights-/ and high sun exposure. Unique characteristics from this wine region. VINIFICATION PROCESSIntense and full purple red. In the nose we can appreciate red fruits, such as blackberry and plum embraced by soft vanilla notes. It opens up in the middle of the palate with elegant red fruit, balanced and integrated tannins in perfect harmony with the acidity and alcohol. Service temperature: 60.8 to 64.4 ºF. Manual harvest. Fermenting and post-fermenting maceration. During this last process, we make daily pump-overs to keep the contact of the solid and liquid matter, and thus extract the greatest amount of tannins and aromas. This process lasts, approximately 15 days with controlled temperatures that oscillate 82.4 ºF. Natural malolactic fermentation. Subtle wood step, preserving the varietal typicity. TASTING NOTES Intense and full purple red. In the nose we can appreciate red fruits, such as blackberry and plum embraced by soft vanilla notes. VINEYARDS Vineyards planted in 1960. Trellis vine, watered through furrows with melt water. Implanted in stony good-drainage soil in an area with a wide temperature range between day and night. The land is 900m above sea level. These vineyards are characterised by excellent sunlight typical of this wine region. The vineyard yield is 7 tons/ha. VINIFICATION PROCESS The grape is harvested from selected well-kept vineyards, with high enological quality and low production. There is a phenolic ripen and sugar level monitoring of the vines up to the moment of grinding. Harvest is manual and grapes are stalked, refrigerated and fermented during grinding. From there, they are sent to small capacity vessels (100 to 300 HL), equipped with temperature panels that allow for refrigerant and hot water passage. Temperature is maintained at 77 ºF approximately. Alcoholic fermentation takes approximately up to 10 days and it is followed by the maceration process, which it spends between 10 and 15 days; the drain out moment is decided in function of the total polyphenol index, together with the respective tasting. ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION COLOR: It shows an intense red color with purplish tints. NOSE: Its aromas remind of blackberries, cherries and ripe plums. PALATE: It is balanced with soft and sweet tannins. SERVING SUGGESTION: Keep in a cool, dark place free of vibrations. It is a good companion of pastas with red sauces and braized meats.

VINEYARDS Vineyards planted in 1994 and 1970 in tall espaliers and trellis, watered through furrows with underground water. These are medium-deep soils in an area with a wide temperature range between day and night. The land is 900m above sea level. These vineyards are characterised by excellent sunlight typical of this wine region. VINIFICATION PROCESS Destemming, roll grinding and refrigeration. Film cold maceration during hours, cold de-leesed. Cleaning by chill. Must fermentation in containers for 15 days at 50 - 57.2 ºF with selected yeasts (with half malolactic fermentation). Cold stabilization, followed by filtering and bottling. ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION COLOR: Bright yellow, with a green tinge. NOSE: Delicate aromas of flowers, herbs and tropical fruits. PALATE: Fresh and harmonious. SERVING SUGGESTION: Keep in a cool, dark place free of vibrations. We recommend this Chardonnay with fish, pastas and soft cheese.

The vineyards are located approximately at 1200 meters above sea level. It´s an area with excellent temperature range – hot days and cool nights-/ and with high sun exposure. Unique characteristics from this wine region. VINIFICATION PROCESS Manual harvest. Selection of clusters. After de-stemming, the grapes are taken to a pneumatic press, where at low pressures, we obtain the first must . After this, the must is sent to a stainless steel tank under low temperature where the sediments will decant by themselves. The clean must fermentation is carried out in stainless steel during 20 days at 60.8 to 64.4 ºF with selected yeasts. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine is racked and only left in contact with its fine lees for three months. During this period of time the wine acquires a round mouth-feel and subtle and elegant fruity aromas. TASTING NOTES Bright yellow, with greenish tones. Clean nose with marked citrus, white fruit and floral aromas. An elegant white wine true to the varietal, with balanced and fresh acidity. The finish is pleasant and persistent with a fruity aftertaste. Service temperature: 42.8 to 46.4 ºF.

The vines are tended in trellis systems with traditional dripping irrigation. VINIFICATION PROCESS Matter, and thus extract the greatest amount of tannins and aromas. This process lasts, approximately, 15 days with controlled temperatures that oscillate around 82.4 °F. Natural malolactic fermentation. Subtle wood contact, preserving the varietal typicity. Manual harvest. Fermenting and post-fermenting maceration. During this last process, we make daily pump-overs to maintain the contact of the solid and liquid. TASTING NOTES Vibrant intense red with violet tones. In the nose, the varietal fresh aromas of red fruit intertwined with slight herbal notes, stand out. The palate is very silky, broad in its expression with sweet and soft tannins. A true expression of the noble variety highly pleasant and easy to drink. Service temperature: 60.8 to 64.4 ºF.

VINEYARDS The vineyards are irrigated by ditch with melting waters from the Andes. Besides the purity of these waters, another paramount factor is the wide temperature range- difference in temperature between day and night- which helps the grapes to get thicker skins, more color and concentration of aromas. Finally, there is a constant breeze blowing from west to east that contributes to great health. VINIFICATION PROCESS Manual harvest. Selection of bunches and berries. A pre-fermentative maceration is carried out, which leaves the skins in contact with the must at a temperature of 32 °F to 35.6 ºF for 2 to 3 days, with gentle daily movements. Fermenting and post-fermenting maceration in small vessels, with controlled temperatures that oscillate between 77 and 82.4 ºF, reaching a maximum of 86 ºF. During the whole fermentation process, pumping up and breaking down is carried out to get all the must in an even contact with the skins. Natural malolactic fermentation. Aging for 14 months in first use French oak barrels (medium roast) Bottle storage: 12 months. Aging Potential: 1O years. TASTING NOTES Vibrant ruby red with violet hues, bright and clean. In the nose it´s intense , we can appreciate black fruit such as blackberries and floral notes like violet embraced by integrated and elegant oaky notes. In the mouth it is intense, full bodied with firm and marked tannins, which promise a long and safe aging in bottle. A great Malbec with full varietal expression, where fruit, silkiness and balance stand out. Service temperature: 60.8 to 64.4 ºF.

The vineyards are watered by ditch with melting waters from The Andes. VINIFICATION PROCESS Manual harvest. Selection of bunches and grapes. A pre-fermentative maceration is carried out, where the skins are in contact with the grape juice at a temperatures ranging from 32 to 35.6 °F for 2 to 3 days, with gentle daily movements to get an even must. Fermenting and post-fermenting maceration in small vessels, with controlled temperatures that oscillate between 77 and 82.4 °F reaching to a maximum of 86 °F. During the whole fermentation process, pumping up and breaking down is carried out to get all the must in an even contact with the skins. Natural malolactic fermentation. Aging for 12 months in first use French oak barrels (medium toast). Bottle storage: 12 months. Aging potential: 1O years. TASTING NOTES Intense ruby red. In the nose it´s complex and attractive, we can perceive red fruit such as raspberries and strawberries embraced by an exotic and fresh touch of eucalyptus. Barrel aging brings out sweet notes like caramel. A full bodied wine, balanced, with ripe tannins that make it a remarkable example of the noble varietal. Service temperature: 60.8 to 64.4 ºF.
