Nose
A wine of an intense aromatic complexity, where black fruits such as cherry and blackcurrant stand out, as well as herbal and typical ageing notes from the oak. A great wine, elegant and accurate example of this region.

- ALTITUDE: 1.200 m.a.s.l.
- SOIL: Very rocky with some clay and silt
Harvest
- HARVEST: By hand, in 16 kg boxes
- YIELD: 7,000 Kg/Ha
Winemaking
Grapes are cold macerated for 48 hours, then fermented in 6000 liter tanks for 22 days at controlled temperature.
Aging
First use French oak barrels for 12 months.
