A wine of an intense aromatic complexity, where black fruits such as cherry and blackcurrant stand out, as well as herbal and typical ageing notes from the oak. A great wine, elegant and accurate example of this region.

Grapes are cold macerated for 48 hours, then fermented in 6000 liter tanks for 22 days at controlled temperature.
First use French oak barrels for 12 months.
