Growing Conditions

A barrel selection from our finest estate lots in the Finca San Jose fields located at 4,160 feet above sea level in the foothills of Tupungato Mendoza.

Harvest

We hand picked our clusters; the transportation is prepared in boxes of 18 kg and once in the cellar the grapes are selected and then pressed.

Winemaking

The juice is fermented in French oak barrels and aged for six months.
