A brief history
The combination of traditional methods and state-of-the-art technology aims at the formation of high quality wines. The current capacity is of 414,800 liters, distributed in stainless steel tanks, designed to maximize the contact of the must with the skin during the fermentation. The process of producing Piattelli wines is focused on treating grapes with great care as well as the strict control of every stage of vinification.
Until the optimum maturity level is reached, the wines rest in French oak barrels in our underground cellar.
