The grape juice obtained is later decanted at 8°C for 24 hours. Only a fraction of it undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C, whereas another part of it is fermented in French oak barrels. After nine months of aging, the blend is made, smoothly filtered and bottled. Finally, it is stowed in the wine cellar for at least four months before its launch into the market.
