Vintage report: A large and fresh vintage, with absence of
frost. Complete production of high quiality, in particular for the
Malbec, wich attained a maturing at lower temperatures,
particularly at night due to the marked thermal amplitude,
allowing to preserve an intense acidity and great aromas.

Winemaking

Maceration: Cold maceration at 5ºC for 5 days
Alcoholic fermentation: With native yeasts, 30 days at 28-
30ºC, 2 pumpovers and one delestage daily in French oak
open barrel
Malolatic fermentation: Spontaneous in 100% in new French
oak barrels. Batonnage every 7 days throughtout.

Aging

24 months in 100% new French oak
