Finca Flichman

Paisaje demonstrates the unique identity of individual vineyard sites in Tupungato in the Uco Valley. The estate is located at 1.100 metres above sea level. The climate there is mild with cool nights, which allows the grapes to retain acidity while developing distinctive fruit character and herbal notes. It is a wine which expresses a sense of place through each glass. Cheers!

Dedicado didn´t started as a commercial brand. Mr. Flichman, dedicated his efforts to generate a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Syrah using the best grapes in every harvest to give them to a small number of customers and friends. Those bottles had a label with the phrase “Dedicated to our friends”.

Caballero de la Cepa was born in Argentina more than half a century ago, and quickly became one of our flagship wines. Even from the start, it stood out as an exclusive wine.

Dedicado Limited Edition is a new high end wine proposal by Finca Flichman, which we have created in search of quality excellence. Added to the innovative spirit from the winery, we combined technology and artisan dedication in order to make this dream come true, preserving the grapes identity and the essence of the place. This challenging project was lead by our head winemaker, Germán Berra, who studied our Finca Don Fernando’s soils in Tupungato, Uco Valley, Mendoza, for 10 years Germán also enefited from the collaboration of prestigious international consultants, as the Italian enologist Alberto Antonini and the soils expert Pedro Parra We were finally able to make it true, and today we are proud to announce it and share it with you.

That originated the brand  Dedicado. With the vintage 1996, turned into a commercial brand. With that same vintage, Dedicado was the first non-French wine to win the Civart prize at 1999 Vinexpo wine fair, in Budeaux, France. Since then, started a long history of awards and accolades to consolidate itself as one of the most respected argentine premium wines. Dedicado didn´t started as a commercial brand. Our vineyards are located 700 meters above sea level and their main sol composition is a clay strat sitting upon a stony river bed as a result of millenary river oods. Barrancas Estate line is a reflection of our winery´s philosophy to obtain maximum quality wines with minimum intervention.
