Nose

Fresh grapes and white flowers aromas on the nose, together with peach and quince flavors.

Palate

Nice and soft acidity well balanced in the mouth, with soft tannins leading to a pleasant and refreshing finish.

Winemaking

Hand-harvested grapes. Fermented separately in stainless steel vessels to capture the varieties aromas and bright fruit flavors, at a cool temperature, before the blending process. The fermentation process is stopped naturally in order to leave residual natural sugar coming from the grapes.Then the wine remains with its fine lees for several weeks, going through a Charmat sparkling process, to be bottled at the end of it.

Appearance

Gold green pale color, clean and clear. Persistent small bubbles rising to a crown, a necklace on top of the glass.

Food Pairing

Delicious with patisserie and sweet desserts, with caramel or fresh fruits, particularly peaches, apricot, melon or oranges.
