Nose

Fresh green and yellow apple aromas, with citric fruits, banana and pineapple flavors.

Palate

Fresh, crispy and very nice in the mouth, well balanced and with a pleasant and delicate fruity
finish.

Growing Conditions

Estate: Finca Ferrer Estate, 773 acres at 1270 meters altitude (4,165 ft).

Appellation: Tupungato, Alto Valle de Uco, Mendoza.

Soil Type: Sandy loam with alluvial rock, traces of clay

Grooming: Vertically trained, ungrafted native vines, canopy leafage, cluster trimmed during veraison.
Yield: 2.8 tons per acre.

Winemaking

Fermentation: Stainless steel vessels cooled to 15C to capture the aromatics and bright fruit flavors. No malolactic fermentation.

Grape to glass: 12 to 18 months

Appearance

Light yellow color with green edges, bright and clean.

Food Pairing

Perfect match for salads, seafood and white fish. Also enjoyable just by the glass with some light cheese or fresh fruits such as grapes, melon or sliced green apples.
