Harvest

Hand harvested in small plastic boxes of 18 kg. Yield of 9,000kg per ha – 3.6 tons per acre – 69 hl/ha

Winemaking

Fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Aging

6 months in used French oak barrels, and 6 months in the bottle before release.
