Nose

The nose has intense aromas of red and black fruits with plum notes. Mushrooms, figs and berries aromas.

Palate

Medium body and round velvety tannins. On the palate, notes of blue and blackberries with soft and elegant tannins. It has a balanced structure and a pleasant finish.

Growing Conditions

Own Vineyards in Tupungato, Alto Gualtallary. By the foothills of the Andes at 4000 ft. altitude. The vineyards enjoy a marked thermal amplitude. Gravel and sand Soil.

Harvest

Manual harvest between the end of March and beginning of April.

Winemaking

100% Malbec fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its varietal typicity and achieve a fruity and expressive character. Fermentation with selected yeast at a maximum temperature of 27°C for 12 days.

Appearance

Intense violet color.

Ideal with pasta and red meat dishes.
