Palate

Barrel aging provides further complexity with delicate oak and vanilla flavors.

Production Area: Altamira, San Carlos, Mendoza, Argentina.
Soil: Aluvial origin. Loamy soil, with rounded rocks on the bottom.

Winemaking

Max. Ferm. Temp. 25-30º C for 12 days. 18 days maceration. Full malolactic fermentation.

Aging

12 months in French oak (50% new).

This unctuous and jammy wine is ideal with honey glazed pork, grilled sirloin steak with orange sauce and lamb tagine recipes.
