Growing Conditions
Vineyards selected for Montfleury Pinot Noir Rosé are situated in Uco Valley, within the subregion of Gualtallary.
Harvest
All grapes were harvested manually and selected at the vineyard, transported in small 20kg cases to the winery and immediately crushed.
Winemaking
Clon 119 is picked with high acidity and low sugar content and fermented with no skin contact at 14°C/ 57.2° F. Clone 777 is picked with high phenolic maturation and sugar content, macerated for 12 hours with skins, pressed and fermented at 14°C/ 57.2° F. Malolactic fermentation at 70%.
