Nose
Delicate aroma, like red jams, strawberries, cherries, plums and some leather. Some herbal notes like oregano and thyme.
Palate
It has great freshness due to its good acidity, sweet impact and great complexity, it is a smooth and silky wine, with ripe tannins that give it a great final harmony.

Winemaking
Produced in concrete ovoid vessels with a short cold maceration for 24 hours. 7-day fermentation at 28-30 °C with native yeasts to preserve the
influence of its terroir. Total maceration 21 days.
Aging
30% of the wine aged in used oak barrels for 9 months.
Appearance
Soft tile reddish colour with brown and salmon reflections.
Food Pairing
Tagliatelli with porcini sauce, mushroom risotto. Salmon, cod or any kind of fish with a strong sauces and buttery cooked.
