Refreshing on the palate, voluptuous elegant, with a fruity character. Lovely acidity. Long finished, lot of tropical fruits inviting us to have one more glass of this elegant wine.

Winemaking

Pressed with sticks oxidatively. The three varietals were elaborated together. Cold maceration for 24 hours at 7°C. Fermentation temperature is 14-16 ° C in small stainless steel tanks. Partial malolactic fermentation. A very light movement of lees every 15 days.
