Nose

The percentage of Malbec grapes provides
aromas of red fruits. Its soft tannins complement the intensity of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Winemaking

A manual harvest is carried out in small 17-kilo
boxes. Then, grapes are carefully set on a
double selection table. After destemming,
grapes are placed in cement tanks by gravity.
Vinification starts with a cold maceration
process for 3 days and continues with an
alcoholic fermentation in which temperature is
constantly controlled. Based on each variety,
delestage is carried out to enhance tannin and
polyphenol extraction. Finally, a long
maceration process at 25oC allows each variety
to express its full potential.

Aging

French oak for 12 months (50% in second use
barrels and 50% in third use barrels).
