Viñas en Flor Bodega1700This wine is born at high altitudes (1700 meters above sea level) in a special region called Cafayate. In this dessert valley, altitude prints our grapes a unique identity, offering warm days and cool nights, very little rainfall and plentiful sunlight. Resulting in balanced, elegant, structured and mature wines, with intense colors and fresh, clean aromas. Altitude is a very special attribute to our wines, for that reason this collection get the name "1700".
Intense red color, with violet edges. On the nose, there are red fruits, notes of pepper, plum and spices, subtle vanilla and smoked, which gives it contact with oak. In the mouth, it is a wine of great structure and good volume, with very soft and ripe tannins.
Maturation: 12 months in oak (50% French and 50% American).
