Nose

Medium flavor intensity on the nose. Fine and delicate perfume of white flowers, orange blossom and citric sweet fruits, mostly lime and lemon, together with subtle quince notes.

Palate

Light body in the mouth. Easily drinkable, slightly sweet but well balanced, with a lemon and orange pleasant aftertaste.

Winemaking

Late hand-harvested grapes with yields of 5 to 6 ton. Fermented in stainless steel vessels to capture the variety’s aromatic and bright fruit flavors at a low temperature. Fermentation stopped cooling down the temperature below 5oC when the amount of residual sugar desired was achieved. The wine did not go through malolactic fermentation. Once stabilized, the wine was bottled right away with screw cap closure.

Appearance

Clear, light green color, pale and almost transparent with silver green edges.

Food Pairing

As a reception wine, while waiting to sit or for the arrival of the main dishes, it can also match light cheeses, nuts or sugar glazed fruit. Great companion of sweet desserts as lemon or apple crumble pies.
