Growing Conditions

The G-LOT, planted in
1994 defined a new terroir
for Pinot Noir at almost
5000 ft elevation in the
Andean foothills.
First extreme high altitude
planting of Pinot Noir
in Mendoza. Extremely
cold nights and
rocky-calcareous soils.

Aging

12 months in French barrels,
20% new and 80% second and third-use French
barrels.

Appearance

Beautiful garnet color

Pairs well
with foods such as lamb chops, griled
salmon, roasted duck or chicken, and
game birds.
Pinot lovers may just go ahead and
drink it all by itself!
