Nose

Intense aromas dominated by ripe red fruits and jams, combined with soft aromatic contribution of oak, vanilla, chocolate and smoke.

Palate

Elegant in the mouth, good concentration and smoothness, with silky tannins, typical of Argentine malbec.

Winemaking

Classic. In stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, during 20 - 25 days and at a maximum temperature of 30o. The end of maceration is determined by the tasting. The Malolactic fermentation is spontaneous.

Aging

100% of the wine spent 12 months in French oak barrels.

Appearance

Deep red with burgundy highlights.

Food Pairing

Ideal with grilled red meats or pasta with red sauces.
