Nose

It manifests a fruity aroma of plums, giving a typical varietal character and raspberries that transmit freshness and youth. A floral background with a hint of violets makes it more attractive.

Palate

Intense of very good concentration with explosion in the mouth. The well-present tannins marked on the palate but pleasant with a sweet flavor, with a balanced acidity, give a round, harmonious finish with a long aftertaste, characteristic of high altitude wines.

Growing Conditions

The vineyards are located in Tacuil, Dpto. Molinos, Salta, at 2650 masl. Our 9-year-old vines are driven by the Espaldero system. Plantation Density: 4550pl / ha. Yield: 3000kg / ha. Furrow irrigation with meltwater from the Mayuco River. Soil: sandy loam.
