Aromas of cherry and strawberry with notes of quince and apricot.
Sweet start in the mouth with berries flavors, nice acidity and soft tannins remaining in the after taste.
Hand-harvested grapes. Fermented separately in stainless steel vessels to capture the varieties’ aromas and bright fruit flavors, at a cool temperature, before the blending process. The fermentation process is stopped naturally in order to leave residual natural sugar coming from the grapes.
Clean and clear bright pink color with light purple hints. Small and persistent bubbles rising to a light crown.
Perfect with shortcakes, creamy desserts or ice-cream. Great with raisins and nuts.
