Estate: 1,700 meters altitude (5,576 feet). Appellation: Cafayate Valley, Salta, Argentina. Soil Type: Sandy, permeable, alluvial. Grooming: Vertically trained, small cluster trimmed. Yield: 5 tones per acre.

Winemaking

Fermentation: Refrigerated stainless steel vessels to capture fresh, delicate aromatics and bright fruit flavors. (No oak used.) Grape to glass: 12 to 18 months
