Appellation: Tupungato Alto Valle de Uco, Mendoza.
Soil Type: Sandy loam alluvial rock, traces of clay.
Grooming: Vertically trained vines, canopy leafage, cluster trimming for flavor concentration. Yield: 4.5 tones per acre.
Winemaking
Fermentation: Stainless steel vessels cooled to 25C to retain fresh aromatics and flavors. Skin-contact: Wine remains in contact with skins for 7-15 more days.
