Nose

On the nose, It shows floral and citrus aromas. Tropical aromas and intense fruits like pineapple, mango and peach, with delicate floral notes.

Palate

A medium body and fruity palate. In the mouth, it has a persistent and intense beginning on the palate, with notes of fresh fruit and a lingering finish.

Growing Conditions

Own Vineyards in Tupungato, Alto Gualtallary. By the foothills of the Andes at 4000 ft. altitude. Vineyards located in high areas have a lower temperature, allowing a better development of quality white grapes. Gravel and sand Soil.

Harvest

Manual harvest during the second and third week of February.

Winemaking

Fermentation with selected yeast at a maximum temperature of 15°C for 12 days.

Appearance

Light yellow with Green hues.

It is ideal with seafood, fish, and Asian and spicy food.
