Growing Conditions

Grown in extreme conditions of Patagonia, naturally organic, with cold, frost, strong winds that give excellent ventilation
and keep the vine free of diseases, and a large temperature range.

Winemaking

Harvest time: End of April
Alcoholic fermentation: 9 days at 15oC (59oF)
Fermentation container: In stainless steel tanks, cold.
Reception and storing: Direct and soft pressing with whole grape stalk. Aging container: In stainless steel tanks.
Aging before bottle: 6 months.
Filtered: Unfiltered
Aging in bottle: Since November 2018
Production: 300 bottles
