Growing Conditions

Grown in extreme conditions of Patagonia, naturally
organic, with cold, frost, strong winds that give excellent ventilation and
keep the vine free of diseases, and a large temperature range.

Winemaking

Harvest time: End of April
Alcoholic fermentation: 12 days at 15ºC (59ºF)
Fermentation container: In stainless steel tanks, cold.
Reception and storing: Direct and soft pressing.
Aging container: In stainless steel tanks.
Aging before bottle: 6 months.
Filtered: Yes
Aging in bottle: Since November 2019
Production: 1.200 bottles
