Growing Conditions

The wine comes from a 0.3 hectare plot of Pinot Noir marked by the cold climate and its soils with caliche and sand. These conditions have always been key to the production of a grape with great character.

The decision to make a wine only with this plot arose in 2015, and after four years of deepening the understanding of this place, the first harvest was made.

For us the result was an expression of purity that speaks of our farm, the soil and the life that inhabits it.

Harvest

Between the third and fourth week of February

Winemaking

We destemme in the vineyard by hand in small vats with a low percentage of whole cluster.

Aging

The wine goes through an elevage of 18 in used french barrels.
