Nose

A big and elegant Malbec with aromas of violets,
black cherries and liquorice.

Palate

On the palate the wine is
deep and rich, perfectly balanced with delicate silky
tannins and well integrated French oak.

Harvest

from late March-early April

Winemaking

Double selection is performed: first selection of bunches and a second selection grape by grape.
Cold maceration for 5 days followed by
fermentation at controlled temparatures of 28°C with 4 pump overs per day and a long maceration of 25 days.

Aging

100% is then aged in French oak for 12 months

Appearance

Deep red colour with violet shiny tones.

Perfect with a juicy steak, game, rich cheeses and
chocolate deserts.
