Growing Conditions

Vine age: 10 years old. Vineyards selected for Montfleury Pinot Noir Reserve are situated in Valle de Uco, within the subregion of Gualtallary.


All grapes were harvested manually and selected at the vineyard, transported in small 20kg cases to the winery and immediately crushed.


Traditional alcoholic fermentation of 10 days in temperatures between 24-26° C / 75.2 -78.8° F. Complete malolactic fermentation in Allier French oak barrels of 500L.  


10 months in 500L Allier french oak barrels of medium-light toast.
