Winemaking

It is a blend composed of Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon made from grapes from Gualtallary. Its aging in 500-liter French oak barrels structures it, while the subsequent passage through 3,000-liter cement amphorae gives it calm, stillness and harmony. Finally, the cut rests for a year in bottles. It is a wine that contains life and history, today and the past, and that gives a glimpse of the growth it will have over the years due to its great aging capacity.

The wine is aged in equal parts in 500-liter barrels of first, second and third use for one year before aging another full year in amphora
