This wine is elaborated, using our premium grapes to which we give special attention and perform different works to optimize the quality. It is vinified with indigenous yeasts and placed in first use French oak barrels to age.
Breva is a natural wine that is fermented with indigenous yeasts, and fractionated without stabilizing, clarifying or filtering.
