Viñas del Nant y Fall

This Pinot Noir was the first of our wines back in 2016. We seek to create a friendly and versatile wine capable of accompanying dishes with a certain complexity, but also suitable for enjoying the wine itself. We make only 5000 bottles a year, with grapes from the 6,500 pinot noir plants on our farm. It is, without a doubt, the wine that we dream of making and that we love to share. Tasting Notes Young, cool. With a marked aroma of red fruits (cherries, raspberries, strawberries). Pleasant on the palate, round with a good body. Easy to take.

Our “Rosé de noir” is a rosé Pinot noir wine, the result of controlled pressing, where we let the must come into contact with the skin until it reaches the color we are looking for. It is a wine to enjoy both as an aperitif with a cheese starter, as well as accompanying white meats and salads or even to close the menu with a dessert. We make only 1,300 bottles. Tasting Notes This wine attracts with its brightness and soft pink color. On the nose aromas of fine fruits, raspberries, corinth and cherries are perceived. Viñas del Nant y Fall, Reserva Pinot Noir is a wine aged in French oak barrels and matured in bottles. It has a storage potential of between 7 to 10 years. It accepts pairings with a large number of dishes but is ideal to accompany lamb, pork and fish. Also with pasta and sauces that do not contain spicy ingredients. Exquisite with semi-hard cheeses like Goudas, Pategras and hard like Gruyere. Tasting Notes It is bright to the eye with an intense ruby ​​red color for the variety. On the nose it has a marked aromatic intensity, in which fine fruits stand out, with subtle notes of nuts, vanilla and balsamic. In the mouth it is pleasant, harmonious and persistent, with soft and round ripe tannins, and a balanced acidity that gives the wine a freshness and verticality that is peculiar to our terroir.

It is an aromatic variety with a German name but of Italian origin. With a cluster that in the veraison takes on a distinguished pink color, it adapts well to cold climates, reaching an early maturity in our vineyards. It is ideal to enjoy with Asian food, spicy dishes and strong cheeses. Tasting Notes It is light yellow and bright. Its aroma and flavor form a delicate and complex bouquet. It has marked primary terpenic aromas of white flowers (roses and orange blossom) as well as aromas of tropical fruits (pineapple), citrus (orange) and spices (cinnamon) to a lesser degree. On the palate it is perfumed and fresh, with plenty of body and a medium natural acidity. It reaches an alcoholic graduation of 12 degrees.

There are few hectares of Riesling planted in the world. It is a variety with history and prestige in Germany. With little planted area in Argentina. And it is in Trevelin where he found a new and particular terroir with a great future. It is a wine that reflects its cold and humid climate terroir, keeping its acidity intact. It is considered a good ally of gastronomy to accompany seafood, pasta with cream, different types of meats, enhances the flavor of fish and also combines well with beef or pork. Tasting Notes Our Riesling is a white wine with a light yellow color with slight green and bright hues. Aromas of white wild flowers and citrus are perceived with medium to high intensity. On the palate it is a wine of great complexity, with an intense flavor and penetrating acidity with the potential to be aged for several years.
