Nose
Black fruit aromas typical of the Malbec grape: blackberry, black plum, cassis, then vanilla, cinnamon and chocolate notes, mixed with sweet spices and slight tobacco notes.
Palate
Delicate sweetness in the mouth, soft and gentle tannins, medium body, balanced structure. Ripen plums, sweet strawberries, blackberries flavors in a fresh, sweet and pleasing finish.
Winemaking
Hand-harvested grapes with yields of 6 to 6,5 ton per ha. Fermented in stainless steel vessels to capture the variety’s flavors from the Uco Valley.
Appearance
Bright, deep and intense cherry color, Bright, deep and intense cherry color, with dark pink and violet hints, nicely integrated legs.
Food Pairing
Mainly as a dessert wine, great to accompany all kinds of cakes and ice creams. It is a perfect match for dark chocolate desserts.
