It has notes of green apples, pear and hints of toast and butter.
It is fresh in the mouth with a marked mineral presence and a long and unctuous finish.
Aged in French oak barrels for 7 months.
A fine golden color and slight greenish tones.
It is recommended to drink it between 6 and 9°C. Ideal companion to white fish, prawns, soft sauces, soft and semi-hard cheeses.
