Pumalek

Pumalek is a family project, born as a homage to Mendoza's Italian immigrants. Driven by passion and history, we are dedicated to the production of Lambrusco, the varietal first planted by our parents in our family vineyard in 1960. In the 2000's, we revitalized our historic vineyards with carefully selected import cuttings of Lambrusco Grasparossa from Emilia-Romagna - designed specifically to excel in the gravelly and sandy soils of our Urgateche vineyard.

Our goal is producing limited quantities of delicate wines with varietal tipicity and Andean influence... focusing on food-friendly sparkling and still red wines.
