Palate

Wine of great balance between freshness and structure. Unctuous in the mouth with pineapple notes, white flowers and vanilla. Intense and elegant finish.

Growing Conditions

Selection of small, identified plots chosen for their characteristics within a single
vineyard, where a loamy-clay profile predominated with loamy-silty and sandy
loam áreas of great depth and compaction obtaing very expressive and intense wines.

Winemaking

Cold maceration for 4 hours. Pressing and fermentation in French oak barrels with a
controlled temperature between 15° and 16°C.

Aging

100% of the wine ages in French oak barrels for 8-10 months.

Food Pairing

lobster with beurre blanc sauce, fish and seafood.
Seafood salad and brie cheese.
